As SVP, Enterprise AI Strategy &amp; Engineering, you will be responsible for embedding artificial intelligence across Forge’s ecosystem to drive measurable gains in productivity, decision-making, automation, and innovation. This leader will play a pivotal role in shifting Forge’s mindset from “I want to use AI” to “AI is foundational to how we operate.” The role requires equal parts technical acumen, strategic vision, and change leadership.  Location: This is a remote hybrid role in Denver, CO with frequent travel to our SF, CA and NY, NY offices. We intend to open an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month. Responsibilities:  Strategic AI Leadership  <ul> <li>Translate Forge’s AI vision into an actionable, scalable strategy across products, engineering, operations, and internal tooling. </li> <li>Define and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that drive value across customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform intelligence. </li> <li>Align AI initiatives with enterprise OKRs, collaborating with business, product, and engineering leadership. </li> </ul> AI Engineering Execution  <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of Forge’s AI and ML infrastructure, from experimentation to production deployment. </li> <li>Guide technical architecture decisions across AI-powered search, personalization, NLP, code generation, and intelligent automation. </li> <li>Partner with product and data teams to ship AI-powered features such as conversational agents, automated publishing, predictive analytics, and investment intelligence tools. </li> </ul> Enterprise Enablement &amp; Cross-Functional Impact  <ul> <li>Collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Risk to embed AI into enterprise workflows, using frameworks like the Gen AI Infusion Wheel. </li> <li>Partner with HR and L&amp;D to lead AI fluency initiatives that train and empower Forge’s workforce to become AI contributors. </li> <li>Serve as a change agent, championing AI adoption across functions and fostering a culture of experimentation, responsibility, and innovation. </li> </ul> Governance &amp; Ethics  <ul> <li>Define and uphold ethical AI use and compliance standards. </li> <li>Work with legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure the governance of data, models, and third-party tools. </li> <li>Evaluate and approve AI vendors, models, and platforms in line with Forge’s risk posture. </li> </ul> Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>10+ years in engineering, product, or AI leadership roles, with experience scaling AI systems in fintech, enterprise, or SaaS environments. </li> <li>Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they apply to financial services, brokerage, custody, or investment platforms. </li> <li>Track record of implementing enterprise AI at scale, including experimentation platforms, internal tooling, or customer-facing AI features. </li> <li>Demonstrated success in cross-functional transformation, bringing together technical and business teams around shared AI objectives. </li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. </li> <li>Physical requirements: operate a computer for 8 hours per day; give and receive detailed information through verbal and written communication</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li>Hands-on with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). </li> <li>Familiarity with embedding AI into internal systems: recruitment, IT, documentation, marketing workflows, legal workflows. </li> <li>Experience in regulated environments, data governance, and AI compliance. </li> <li>Strong storytelling, influence, and executive presence to engage technical and business leaders alike. </li> </ul> <hr /> For residents of Denver, CO area, the annual salary range for this role is $260,000 - $310,000 + annual bonus.
