All we’re missing is you!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and drive the full sales cycle: pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal closure.</li><li>Develop and manage trusted relationships with key decision-makers across priority verticals (FSI, Telco, Government, and Enterprise).</li><li>Expand market presence within Vietnam, especially with major banks and financial institutions.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both mid-market and enterprise sectors.</li><li>Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain disciplined pipeline management with high visibility into deal stages.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and regional leadership to deliver compelling customer outcomes.</li><li>Engage and enable key partners (VARs, SIs, distributors) to scale reach and accelerate joint opportunities.</li><li>Represent Vietnam business performance to SEA leadership, contributing insights to shape regional strategy.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>7–10 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software.</li><li>Must have vendor-side experience; preference for those with a background in data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, SWG, Secure SDWAN etc.).</li><li>Track record of success in selling to regulated industries (FSI, Government), with understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., PDPA, local regulations).</li><li>Familiarity with the competitive landscape (Microsoft Purview, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope).</li><li>Proven quota attainment and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.</li><li>Strong forecasting discipline and opportunity management skills.</li><li>Experience in channel sales engagement, with a demonstrable history of partner-led wins.</li><li>Direct FSI experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Language skills: Fluent in English (Vietnamese required, Cambodian is an advantage).</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>A self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and a growth mindset.</li><li>Strategic and consultative seller able to influence senior stakeholders and drive business value discussions.</li><li>Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally and across geographies.</li><li>Passionate about technology, with a genuine interest in shaping the future of data and cybersecurity.</li></ul>Don’t meet every single qualification?
