This role will report directly to the Executive Director of Sales Enablement within the Integrated Marketing team. In this role, the Creative Strategist lives at the intersection of cutting-edge design, brand strategy and AI innovation. This role demands a creative thinker with a strategic mind, fluent in emerging design formats, deeply knowledgeable about building brands, and an expert in how artificial intelligence is transforming media, marketing, and narrative storytelling.    Responsibilities <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to create engaging marketing materials across digital, live event, print, research, newsletters and social platforms.</li> <li>Develop forward-thinking brand strategies that blend creativity, technology, and culture to help streamline deliverables, workflows and collaboration</li> <li>Lead the integration of new design formats (immersive, interactive, generative) into strategic programs and proposals.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva, Figma) and technologies (e.g., generative AI, personalization engines, predictive analytics) to shape innovative brand experiences.</li> <li>Partner closely with marketing, design and product teams to ensure strategic alignment across all initiatives.</li> <li>Conduct deep market research to identify trends and new opportunities at the intersection of media, design, and AI.</li> <li>Participate in brainstorming sessions for content marketing proposals and programs.</li> <li>Create compelling presentations and storytelling deck formats that communicate complex strategies in concise and engaging experiences.</li> <li>Act as an internal thought leader on emerging technologies, design innovation and brand-building best practices.</li> </ul> The ideal candidate <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in strategy roles across media, design, or brand agencies.</li> <li>Proven expertise in AI applications for media, marketing, or design (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Sora, ElevenLabs).</li> <li>Strong background in brand development, brand architecture, and multi-channel storytelling.</li> <li>Experience in new and emerging design platforms and formats</li> <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.</li> <li>A strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking across innovative formats and technologies.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Passion for content, media and digital storytelling.</li> </ul> The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 Forbes has estimated the compensation range set forth above in good faith.  The compensation range is what we believe we will offer, and ultimately pay, a successful candidate.  In determining this range, we consider the experience, level of education (if applicable to the role), knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be had by a successful candidate as well as the budget and the company’s pay rates, generally.
