From conversational chatbots and intelligent scheduling systems to predictive modeling for no-show prevention and behavioral segmentation, we power scalable experiences across our platform. The Staff AI Engineer will lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional AI systems that support marketing, care operations, and member engagement. You’ll collaborate with product and data teams, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions that enable our AI systems to perform reliably at scale.
