With our Flywire Advantage — combining next-gen payments technology, a proprietary payment network, and vertical-specific software — we help our clients get paid and their customers pay with ease, no matter where they are in the world.The OpportunityWe’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager II— ideally with a FinTech background — to lead our key Payments Platform (FX) team responsible for building and scaling the platform that powers our industry-leading payment engine, moving hundreds of millions daily.This role is about combining technical leadership with people management: ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable code while supporting and developing talented engineers.
