This leadership role will be key in shaping the strategy and execution of our demand generation efforts, with a focus on delivering measurable pipeline growth.  Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Execute on Demand Gen Campaigns: Manage the execution of demand generation programs across events, digital channels, and marketing partners, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.</li><li>Lead Nurturing &amp; Pipeline Management: Partner with the Business Development team on seamless lead handoff processes and provide enablement and best practices for lead management.</li><li>Event Management: Serve as the primary marketing contact for various event-related initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and partner with Sales to drive pipeline, track performance, and optimize event ROI</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to identify target segments, tailor messaging, and execute campaigns that engage and convert these audiences. Track and analyze key metrics to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns. </li><li>Campaign Messaging &amp; Content Creation: Create compelling, results-driven campaign content, including email, landing pages, webinars, blog posts, paid social ads, and more. Align messaging with the company’s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness and conversions. </li><li>Demand Generation Calendar &amp; Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, setup, execution, and tracking of demand generation campaigns, managing the demand gen calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment across all marketing initiatives. </li><li>Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance across various channels.
