<div><span>About the Opportunity </span></div><div><br /></div><div>Flywheel is seeking an Account Executive, Life Sciences Sales to drive revenue by addressing the unique challenges of imaging related research data management, AI workflows, and clinical trial processes in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and medical technology companies.  As an Account Executive at Flywheel, youll take the lead in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector, with a particular emphasis on managing and growing the companys largest customer relationships. With your deep industry experience, youll help our clients revolutionize their medical imaging and AI development capabilities using our transformational data management platform, workflows and solutions. </div><div><br /></div><div><span>Environment  </span></div><div><br /></div><div>Work closely with a growing team of Scientists, Engineers and business stakeholders in the Commercial team. Our team works in an integrated manner, pulling together early marketing activities for lead generation and processing, sales operations for funnel tracking, Technical Sales for pre-sales and post-sales support, partnering with leading CSPs and others, along with a talented direct sales support team. Your responsibilities will include primarily focus on customer expansion with a secondary focus on acquisition. </div><div><br /></div><div>We work as a team, but we value personal initiative. As an Account Executive, you will often lead team activities on your accounts but will be expected to work solo as well.  </div><div><br /></div><div>Flywheel has a comprehensive benefits package and encourages a balanced work life and home life.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers in the pharma sector, and in AI development groups  </li><li>Manage and grow existing accounts, while driving new business development  </li><li>Understand customer needs and requirements, articulating the value proposition of Flywheels solutions and using in a consultive selling strategy  </li><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets  </li><li>Lead contract negotiations, closing deals with both new and existing clients  </li><li>Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately through effective use of sales tools and methodologies  </li><li>Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention  </li><li>Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights.  </li><li>SalesForce proficiency is a plus. </li><li>Comply with company policies, including security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements, to maintain a secure work environment. </li></ul><h3>What would make you a great fit </h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, specifically selling into the Life Science sector, with knowledge of AI development groups  </li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals  </li><li>Highly energetic and an entrepreneurial spirit  </li><li>Exceptional negotiation and closing skills  </li><li>Ability to understand customer needs and articulate complex technological concepts  </li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment  </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  </li><li>Experienced in using SalesForce or other CRM  </li><li>Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred. </li><li>Experience selling into Life Science R&amp;D and IT organizations required </li><li>Medical imaging experience preferred </li></ul><div><b>Do you feel like you dont have everything thats listed above?
