You will work with the company leadership team to drive resource planning and allocation and identify improvement opportunities through analysis and reporting. You will partner with sales leadership on revenue forecasting, sales efficiency, and compensation plan management. </p> <p>Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Planning, this individual contributor role frequently works with the CFO and has a high degree of visibility and engagement across all functions of the company, providing an outstanding opportunity to participate in building and growing a transformative organization.</p> <p><strong><em>This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA. Team members are expected to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with remote work on Monday and Friday.</em></strong></p> <h3> </h3> <h3>Job Responsibilities</h3> <p><em>Revenue Forecast and Sales Analytics: </em></p> <ul> <li>Develop, evolve and maintain pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting and other models that contribute to understanding the overall health of the business</li> <li>Work closely with sales leadership to plan and evaluate sales and marketing investments and ROI</li> <li>Own the commissions calculation and support annual updates to the plan</li> </ul> <p><em>Annual Budget / P&amp;L Forecast</em></p> <ul> <li>Own and drive the annual budget process</li> <li>Prepare P&amp;L and unit economic analyses</li> <li>Model forecast and annual planning scenarios</li> <li>Perform ad hoc business, cohort, and payback analysis as needed</li> </ul> <p><em>Contribution Margin Analysis and Planning:</em></p> <ul> <li>Own and evolve the Contribution Margin model to support scalable growth</li> <li>Evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities and solutions</li> <li>Serve as an expert advisor and partner to senior leaders on contribution margin drivers and levers for improvement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Business Analytics:</em></p> <ul> <li>Own preparation of the Monthly Business Review analyses and content</li> <li>Support the creation of Board and reporting materials</li> <li>Own, evolve, and streamline the business analytics models and reporting that support the operating rhythm of the business</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <p><em>Required Qualifications</em></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with 6+ of FP&amp;A required</li> <li>Bachelor degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent, MBA preferred</li> <li>Highly analytical and proven ability to solve problems both independently and working with teams</li> <li>Excellent financial modeling and business analytics track record, supported by exceptional Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skillset</li> <li>Energized by a fast paced environment and a wide range of dynamic responsibilities</li> <li>Highly curious with a relentless drive to identify and deliver operational improvement</li> <li>Ability to partner across all areas of the business and drive win/win solutions</li> <li>Experience with ERP and Cloud FP&amp;A tools is strongly preferred (NetSuite and Adaptive experience is a plus)</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work with multiple teams and resolve problems</li> </ul> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <div>The salary range for this role is $158,500 to $209,500 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen.
