In this role youll work on foundational infra, tackle complex technical challenges, and work with industry leading experts across scaling, MEV, and DeFi. Your contributions will shape flagship products like  <a target="_blank" href="https://protect.flashbots.net/">Protect,</a>  <a target="_blank" href="https://buildernet.org/blog/introducing-buildernet">Buildernet, </a><a target="_blank" href="https://suave-alpha.flashbots.net/">SUAVE</a>,<a target="_blank" href="https://writings.flashbots.net/introducing-rollup-boost">or Rollup-Boost</a>. while driving forward essential open-source innovations.<br /></p><h2>What You’ll Do:</h2><ul><li><p>Lead or support development of flagship products and features for our L1 or L2 teams</p></li><li><p>Work closely with product, engineering, data, and research teams to do everything from designing to operating cutting-edge crypto infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Push the boundaries for performance </p></li><li><p>Contribute to open source projects, whether thats our own or close partners.<br /></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>4-10 years of experience with production systems. </p></li><li><p>You have strong skills in Rust or Go.
