We are seeking a talented GTM (Go-To-Market) Senior Staff Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team and partner closely with Revenue Operations as well as the broader GTM organization. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to identify opportunities to simplify our systems, build and optimize scalable, automated processes that accelerate our go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline workflows, run experiments, and drive impactful results through data-driven insights and automation. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You’ll Do <ul> <li> Systematize and automate GTM workflows by designing scalable processes for outreach, routing, and enrichment across the funnel. </li> <li> Identify areas of opportunity for AI tooling. </li> <li> Support downstream and post-sales processes, including customer onboarding and renewals, by developing next-best action recommendations, product and solution suggestions, and churn alerts to enhance customer engagement and retention. </li> <li> Use your engineering skills to connect data, personalize outreach at scale, and eliminate manual work using a mix of custom software and new technology. </li> <li> Conduct data-driven GTM experiments — identify, test, and iterate on new strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth. </li> <li> Monitor performance, run analyses, and optimize based on impact. </li> <li> Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify inefficiencies, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives. </li> </ul> Skills We’re Looking For <ul> <li> 5+ years of experience in GTM, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations roles with a strong technical focus. </li> <li> Hands-on experience with GTM and automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, SQL, Looker or similar platforms. </li> <li> Strong technical skills with a proven ability to leverage AI and automation to improve GTM processes and deliver measurable results. Experience with systems architecture, data engineering or software engineering is a plus.  </li> <li> Systems thinker with a structured, process-driven approach and a passion for experimentation. </li> <li> Excellent business acumen and analytical skills—able to analyze funnels, identify leverage points, and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li> Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions within high-growth SaaS environments. </li> <li> Comfort working autonomously in fast-paced, high-trust settings. </li> <li> High level of curiosity and a proactive mindset toward learning and innovation. </li> </ul> If you are passionate about transforming GTM operations through automation and data-driven strategies, we’d love to hear from you!   #LI-HYBRID #LI-CM1<div><div><div>The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role.  Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
