In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring teams to identify and hire top GTM &amp; G&amp;A talent while championing Fivetran’s values. This is a 6 month/40 hours per week, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&amp;A roles, primarily in North America Partner with GTM &amp; G&amp;A leaders, providing strategic hiring guidance</li> <li>Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes</li> <li>Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts</li> </ul> Skills We’re Looking For <ul> <li> 5+ years of GTM &amp; G&amp;A SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies</li> <li>Proven success hiring for Technical Sales, Marketing, Accounting &amp; Finance, Human Resources and Legal roles including senior-level positions</li> <li>Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills</li> <li>Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter</li> </ul> #LI-HYBRID #LI-DH1<div><div><div>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level.
