Fiverr is looking for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will work directly with Fiverr and our subsidiaries companies. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions including onboarding, employee performance & development, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and nurturing & developing the company culture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - 130,000. Our total compensation is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work.

  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, building strong relationships and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle across Fiverr and its subsidiaries.
  • Actively work with managers and employees to cultivate positive working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention. Manage and resolve intricate employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with managers and employees to ensure open communication and address concerns.
  • Partner with managers on all people-related matters, including performance management, talent development, compensation, and internal mobility within their respective organizations.
  • Coach managers on delivering effective feedback, managing performance, and fostering employee growth. Drive performance optimization and provide guidance on people management strategies.
  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Implement HR policies and strategies that support organizational growth. Implement development programs to enhance employee growth and retention.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
  • 5+ years of experience (preferably roles in Tech companies)
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure organizational compliance across HR practices
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • High attention to details and multitasking skills
  • A ‘Can do attitude’ and result-oriented
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field
