Five9 is a high-energy environment with room for personal and professional growth.</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office is required.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)</li> <li>Build and manage a sales pipeline</li> <li>Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle</li> <li>Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach</li> <li>Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s (key performance indicators) and monthly quota</li> <li>Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process</li> <li>Articulate company value proposition</li> <li>Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9</li> <li>Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in direct sales</li> <li>Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email and web-conference</li> <li>Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone</li> <li>Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience</li> <li>Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com</li> <li>Industry experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) is a huge plus, but not required</li> <li>Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>College degree (BA/BS) is required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and understanding of contact center and unified communications technology and concepts</li> <li>Cloud services; VoIP</li> <li>Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM</li> <li>Software-as-a-Service Applications (Cloud) experience and understanding</li> </ul> <p> </p><div><div><div><p>Work Location: This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office is required.</p> <hr /> <p>As part of our continued commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Five9 supports pay transparency during the entire recruitment process.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including, but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
