Our unique solution tackles people’s main problem of staying consistent, by combining human practitioners alongside cutting edge technology, to make sure the service is both affordable and allows patients to benefit from daily behavioral support. </p><p></p><h3>Your Role</h3><p>As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Fitmate Coach, youll be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive high quality, medically sound care. </p><p>Youll work directly with new clients via our Telehealth platform, to support their health goals. Whilst helping to validate and improve our coaching programs, and collaborate with our tech and health teams. Your clinical judgment will enhance the credibility, safety, and personalization of the health journey programs.</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Serve as the primary Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for onboarding and ongoing support of new clients.</li> <li>Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for patients.</li> <li>Managing chronic conditions with expertise and compassion.</li> <li>Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and satisfaction.</li> <li>Building trusting relationships with patients through exceptional communication and empathy.</li> <li>Provide clinical expertise and validation for our content to ensure it meets current medical standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with product and technology teams to translate clinical insights into impactful user experiences.</li> <li>Incorporate feedback and client outcomes to refine and improve our health programs.</li> <li>Participate in evening client interactions ability to work 5–8 PM local time is a plus).</li> </ul><p></p><ul> <li>Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in California, Texas or Florida.</li> <li>Do you have experience in weight management, nutrition or obesity.</li> <li>Experience or comfort with telehealth and digital platforms.</li> <li>Clear communicator with the ability to explain medical topics to non-medical stakeholders.</li> <li>Passion for patient empowerment and innovative care models.<br /> </li> </ul><p>To streamline your application, please ensure you can confirm the following:</p><ul> <li>Do you hold an active state license and board certification?</li> <li>Do you have a valid DEA registration?</li> <li>Can you provide a collaborative practice agreement (standard care arrangement) upon hire?</li> <li>Have you ever faced issues with your license?</li> <li>Do you have an NPI number?</li> <li>Are you registered with CAQH?</li> </ul>
