You will be a forward-thinking sales leader who thrives in innovation-driven environments and understands how to translate emerging financial technologies into tangible business growth.What you will do:<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on Embedded Finance, (e.g., BaaS, API-based solutions) and Digital Assets (e.g., crypto, tokenization, smart contracts)</li><li>Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while maintaining strong relationships across C-suite and enterprise clients</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, training and mentoring to hit revenue targets</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to align go-to-market and client engagement strategies</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences and thought leadership platforms to drive market awareness and lead generation</li><li>Forecast revenue, track pipeline metrics, and report progress to senior leadership with strategic insights</li></ul>What you will need to have: <ul><li>8+ years of sales experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital asset platforms; with proven leadership experience</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation and executive-level presentation skills</li><li>Strong operational mindset—able to build scalable systems, workflows and reporting frameworks</li><li>Bachelors degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience.</li></ul>What would be great to have: <ul><li>MBA or relevant advanced degree.</li><li>Deep understanding of embedded financial products and the digital asset ecosystem, including regulatory nuances and platform technologies</li><li>Existing network within fintech, financial institutions, or digital asset partners in the US and/or globally is a major plus</li></ul>Salary Range$133,100.00 - $283,300.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California.
