This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. The Program Managers efforts directly contribute to Fiservs mission to drive innovation and operational efficiency in financial technology.What you will do:<ul><li>Lead and manage complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Review, analyze, and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle</li><li>Identify trends and provide updates on projects and teams potentially at risk for releases</li><li>Collaborate with operations, development, Automation Team, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain program documentation (roadmap, program charters, project plans, etc.), dashboards, and release calendars.</li><li>Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance meetings. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.</li><li>Generate and present regular reports on program status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership</li></ul>What you will need to have:<ul><li>7+ years of previous project coordination, release management, or project management experience</li><li>7+ years of experience with tools such as JIRA or MS Project</li><li>4+ years of experience with the software development life cycle and release management process</li><li>Proven experience in program management across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile &amp; software development lifecycle and release management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with JIRA, Power BI, and project tracking tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.</li></ul>Salary Range$100,000.00 - $162,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
