You have a proven track record of developing and leading impactful training programs for sales or business development teams. Most importantly, you’re passionate about helping people grow and are excited to facilitate the enablement function for one of the most dynamic teams at FiscalNote.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><i>This position has a base salary of $105,000 - 115,000 annually.</i></div><div><br /></div><div><span>#LI-HR1</span></div><h3>What to Expect in this Position</h3><ul><li>Support strategy, planning, and execution of all training and development initiatives</li><li>Design, build, and deliver training programs focused on skill development, onboarding, and continuous learning for the BD team</li><li>Partner closely with BD leadership to identify skill gaps, define competencies, and create targeted learning roadmaps</li><li>Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs</li><li>Manage and optimize the BD content library, sales tech stack, and LMS to ensure accessibility, adoption, and impact</li><li>Drive enablement operations including coordination of training requests, calendars, and program communications</li><li>Lead major enablement events such as Sales Kickoff and quarterly enablement summits</li><li>Establish clear metrics for success—measuring engagement, adoption, and performance impact of enablement initiatives</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align training with product launches and go-to-market priorities</li></ul><h3>What Sets You Apart</h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Leadership, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment</li><li>Proven success in designing and delivering sales or business development training programs</li><li>Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading group sessions at all levels</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with precision and urgency</li><li>Experience with enablement tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, <a href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>, and LMS systems (e.g., Seismic, SkillJar)</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to measure training effectiveness using data (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau)</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization</li><li>A growth-oriented mindset and passion for building world-class enablement programs from the ground up</li></ul><div><b><i>Excited about this role, but dont meet 100% of the expected qualifications listed above?
