Internally you keep our machine oiled, understanding how to talk across departments and how to motivate, align, and drive the organization; to surpass goals and exceed expectations. The Sales Development Representatives need to understand the power of marketing and the value of solution selling to turn general market interest into real business opportunities for FiscalNote. You will be responsible for managing a team of inside Sales Development Managers &amp; Representatives to achieve and exceed their call scheduling objectives. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About You</b></div><div><span>You are motivating, empathetic, and metrics-driven. A natural mentor, you provide clear expectations, fair assessments, and constructive feedback that drives performance. You excel at fostering ambitious SDRs into high-performing business development professionals and are energized by the challenge of turning leads—both hot and cold—into tangible revenue opportunities.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><i><span>The base salary range for the role is $125,000 - 140,000 per year.</span></i></div><div><br /></div><div><span>#LI-HR1</span></div><h3>What to Expect in this Position</h3><ul><li>Lead, motivate, and evaluate a team of 30 SDRs and Managers</li><li>Design and implement individualized coaching plans to strengthen performance and drive excellence</li><li>Track and report on KPIs including SDR activity, meetings booked, meetings held, and opportunities created</li><li>Measure and improve MQL qualification and conversion rates</li><li>Develop SDRs for future leadership opportunities and broader responsibilities</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Marketo, and Gong</li><li>Provide hands-on mentorship and consistent guidance to SDRs</li></ul><h3>What Sets You Apart</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience managing and coaching SDRs and Managers</li><li>Strong expertise with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.)</li><li>Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, and direct selling (preferably software or services)</li><li>Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding quotas and targets</li><li>Experience partnering with marketing to drive demand-generation strategies</li><li>Track record of developing and promoting talent</li><li>Exceptional communication, writing, teamwork, and people management skills</li><li>Strong background in mentoring and coaching high-performing teams</li></ul><div><b><i>Excited about this role, but dont meet 100% of the expected qualifications listed above?
