Virtus helps its clients manage their alternative investment portfolios, including CLO/CDOs, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative assets.What You Will Be DoingThe Middle Office Team is responsible for maintaining the books and records on behalf of collateral managers who have outsourced their middle office functions. Serving as the primary point of contact, the Trust Account Manager oversees the administration of collateral and syndicated loan portfolios. This includes managing cash flows, performing reconciliations, settling trades, executing waterfall payments, generating reports, and conducting compliance testing.<ul><li>Manage daily transaction processing and reporting activities for assigned outsourced client relationships.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to client institution personnel in routine operations and financial workflows.</li><li>Resolve complex issues through thorough research and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners.</li><li>Ensure high-quality service delivery by executing daily operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>May be responsible for selecting, developing, and evaluating team members to maintain efficient operations.</li><li>May contribute to setting operational goals, developing work plans, and delegating assignments to meet business objectives.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience</li><li>Typically, at least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility</li><li>Proven knowledge and experience in structured finance, with a strong preference for expertise in CLOs/CDOs, syndicated loans, corporate trust securities, and trust system platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience in key operational areas including cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of management, internal teams, and external clients.</li></ul>What We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $82,300.00 - $134,140.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
