About the role The Sales Executive role will be a crucial member of the Trading and Asset Services Team within Capital Markets.  Territory will be comprised of accounts and prospects across our Investment Operations and Investor Services products and services. More information about our Investment Operations suite can be found <a href="https://www.fisglobal.com/products/fis-investment-operations-suite" target="_blank">here</a> More information about our Investor Services suite can be found <a href="https://www.fisglobal.com/products/fis-investor-services-suite" target="_blank">here</a> What you will be doingThe role will cover the full sales process and associated tasks and duties including but not limited to: helping organize and steer marketing campaigns, direct cold calling and lead generation, expanding contacts within existing accounts plus establishing meaningful contacts amongst new prospects.<ul><li>Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achieved</li><li>Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts</li><li>Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity</li><li>Participating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to win and close the deal</li><li>Building and developing relationship to work with key client and new prospects at all relevant levels</li><li>Reflecting input activity within and maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics)</li><li>Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends</li><li>Developing the ability to cross/up-sell across a full solution suite and associated delivery models (ASP/IMS/On-Premise).</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>Prior experience in technology solutions selling into financial services in the Americas</li><li>Industry knowledge within Investment Operations and/or Investor Services (Asset Managers and Fund Administrators)</li><li>Industry knowledge within Capital Markets software is desirable but not essential</li></ul>What we offer you<ul><li>Competitive salary and commission plan</li><li>Attractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insurance</li><li>A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities</li><li>A modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated team</li><li>A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!</li></ul> FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $116,780.00 - $192,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
