Need to have a strong Retirement Projects industry backgroun as well as experience in large, complex technology platform implementations involving the Integration of dozens of applications. The ideal candidate will also be a proven leader. Leadership experience during organizational change and defining/rolling out new roles and responsibilities is a plus.What you will be doing:While acting as an implementation manager you will:<ul><li>Identify and escalate project risks and issues to client and internal leadership</li><li>Working in partnership with the Project/Program Manager, will be responsible for the deliverables for all workstreams</li><li>Work with Solution Architects, Workstream Leads and PMO to define the organizational structure of the program/project</li><li>Identifying and tracking all cross-workstream dependencies</li><li>Lead the development of the “Go-Live” playbook and execution of the identified tasks, including mock conversions to validate the critical tasks</li><li>Defines and refines the role of Implementation Manager, including the accountabilities and responsibilities of the role as it relates to the broader implementation team.</li><li>Works with other members of Implementations/Conversions management team to establish division business strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives; effectively communicates strategies translating them into actionable items.</li><li>Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.</li><li>Employee relations: fosters and promotes cooperation and information sharing among team members; proactively addresses performance issues through appropriate Human Resources tools.</li><li>Uses knowledge of FIS’ conversion management principles and methodologies to identify, develop, and implement new processes, improve existing processes, and/or eliminate ineffective processes; holds teams accountable for compliance.</li><li>Uses financial and qualitative information and tools to effectively establish and manage budget and revenue goals.</li><li>Understands technical and functional concepts of FIS products including the interrelationships between products and technologies that support products.</li><li>Interacts directly with clients at a senior/executive management level, managing problem escalation and providing sales support.</li><li>Remains abreast of industry trends and technology standards.</li></ul>​What you will need:<ul><li>7-10 years of recent experience in hands-on execution of banking, recordkeeping, trading, and related functions.</li><li>7-10 years of recent experience as a business/technical analyst, specializing in setting up and implementing functions within a recordkeeping system.</li><li>​7-10 years of experience in the Retirement Industry, specifically within Digital Platforms, is required.</li><li>3-5 years of Leadership experience in a Professional Services environment preferably overseeing a Project Team</li><li>3-5 years of Implementations experience in a Professional Services environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems or computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.</li><li>Requires strong organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills</li><li>Requires excellent business skills, financial industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence</li></ul>Added bonus if you have:<ul><li>FIS Retirement Application Suite (Omni, Relius, etc.) experience highly preferred</li></ul>What we offer you: A career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $140,890.00 - $236,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
