Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.</em></p> <p> </p> <hr /> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p></div><p>We’re looking for an <strong>Enablement Program Coordinator</strong> to support the design, delivery, and ongoing upkeep of onboarding and enablement programs for our global Revenue organization.</p> <p>You’ll help deliver a smooth, high-impact new-hire onboarding experience, keep our enablement platforms organized and up to date, and make sure program logistics run flawlessly as we scale.</p> <p><em>Reports to: Sr. Manager, Enablement</em></p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Program &amp; Onboarding Support</h3> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics for new-hire onboarding cohorts: scheduling, comms, deck prep, room/Zoom links, reminders.</li> <li>Maintain role-specific onboarding paths for AEs, SEs, CSMs, and other GTM functions.</li> <li>Keep onboarding materials current with product, process, and policy updates.</li> </ul> <h3>CMS / LMS Support</h3> <ul> <li>Upload and organize lessons, videos, and job aids in our CMS/LMS (e.g. Seismic).</li> <li>Maintain user access and permissions; troubleshoot common platform issues.</li> <li>Monitor content freshness and flag gaps or outdated material to the Enablement Manager.</li> </ul> <h3>Program Coordination</h3> <ul> <li>Track participant progress, certification completion, and survey feedback.</li> <li>Partner with the Enablement Manager on ever-boarding sessions and ad-hoc training events.</li> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for learners’ logistical questions.</li> </ul> <h3>Analytics &amp; Continuous Improvement</h3> <ul> <li>Pull standard reports on platform usage and learning KPIs.</li> <li>Summarize learner feedback and share insights with the Enablement Manager to inform program updates.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2>How Success Will Be Measured</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Smooth execution of all onboarding cohorts and training events.</li> <li><strong>Content Accuracy:</strong> Up-to-date, well-organized enablement materials accessible to global teams.</li> <li><strong>Learner Experience:</strong> Positive feedback from new hires and managers on onboarding logistics and clarity.</li> <li><strong>Reporting Reliability:</strong> Timely, accurate learning-data reports delivered to the Enablement Manager.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2>What You’ll Bring</h2> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in enablement coordination, L&amp;D, event or program coordination, or related admin/project support role.</li> <li>Comfortable using and maintaining learning or content-management platforms (Seismic a plus).</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills; excels at managing details and deadlines.</li> <li>Service-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.</li> <li>Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn enablement best practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>For US-based employees</em></strong><em>, the cash compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
