We specialize in developing software and services for property managers nationwide, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to renters, while evaluating applications with unmatched speed and precision.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>The Role </b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The SMB Account Executive is a crucial, high-velocity role dedicated to scaling the Findigs platform across the Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) market. You will drive net-new revenue by engaging decision-making property managers, managing a rapid sales cycle, and acting as a consultative partner. If youre passionate about bringing disruptive technology to market and helping us fix renting for good, this is where you can make it happen.</span></div><h3>Where you will make an impact:</h3><ul><li>Secure new customers by selling directly to property management executives and leaders.</li><li>Partner closely with a dedicated lead-generating Sales Development Representative to strategically fill and qualify your pipeline.</li><li>Collaborate with our post-sales Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure every closed deal successfully transitions for long-term success and maximizes the value of Findigs.</li><li>Expertly navigate a high-volume pipeline of opportunities simultaneously, working through a rapid 1-3 month sales cycle on average.</li><li>Work cohesively with the Findigs Product team to escalate prospect requests, challenge the status quo, and expand our platforms use cases.</li><li>Partner with internal technical teams to accurately position integrations and technical requirements with prospects.</li><li>Track all customer details and maintain vigilant Salesforce hygiene to effectively forecast predictable revenue.</li></ul><h3>Wed love to hear from you if you have:</h3><ul><li>2+ years of proven experience in an outbound, quota-carrying sales role, including at least one year in a closing role.</li><li>A solutions-oriented and consultative approach to sales that prioritizes diagnosing the customers core challenge before proposing a path forward.</li><li>A track record of holding yourself accountable to a disciplined sales process and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.</li><li>Ingenuity in contract negotiation and deal structuring, especially when introducing new and disruptive use cases to the market.</li><li>Extensive experience building meaningful customer relationships and negotiating with clarity and respect.</li><li>The drive to sell innovative and disruptive products, building trust quickly and leveraging multiple use cases to accelerate and compress your deal cycles.</li></ul><h3>Nice-to-haves:</h3><ul><li>Prior experience in the PropTech, Property Management, or Real Estate industries</li><li>Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup environment</li><li>Interest in traveling to industry trade shows and in-person meetings to evangelize our mission.</li></ul><h3>What we offer:</h3><ul><li><b>Location:</b> We operate on a hybrid schedule (4x times in-office per week), with in-office days at our newly renovated NoHo office. </li><li><b>Mission-Driven Culture:</b> A collaborative, high-impact workplace where we challenge each other to grow, innovate, and drive meaningful change.</li><li><b>Competitive Compensation:</b> Competitive base salary + Pre-IPO equity.</li><li><b>Generous Time Off:</b> We trust our team to manage their own time and workload.
