Youll be the voice of the customer in the development process, ensuring features are built to solve real-world problems.</li><li><b>Bridging the gap: </b>Translate complex customer and business needs into clear, actionable specifications, business rules, flows, and use cases. </li><li><b>Customer Adoption: </b>Actively hop on customer calls to understand their needs and pain points firsthand to inform product decisions and improve their experience.</li><li><b>Data-driven decision-making:</b> Analyze data and customer feedback to identify problems, measure results, and prioritize opportunities.</li><li><b>Agile work style:</b> Slice user stories into manageable chunks, define acceptance criteria, and work iteratively with engineers.</li><li><b>Prioritization master: </b>Anticipate bottlenecks, collaborate with teams to optimize the backlog, and ensure projects align with business needs and long-term goals.</li><li><b>Quality assurance champion: </b>Help with product acceptance testing, working with QA, engineers, and customers.</li><li><b>Launch leader: </b>Drive zero-to-one product launches and contribute to go-to-market. Partner with the GTM team to build value propositions, marketing videos, email copy, and one-pagers that capture the essence of your product and resonate with target audiences.</li><li><b>Evangelizing your product: </b>Proactively educate everyone within the organization about your product area, creating excitement, and buy-in. Ensure everyone is equipped to advocate for your creations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>B.S. or M.S. in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; comparable certifications; or equivalent direct work experience. </li><li>5+ years of experience in software product or project management in SaaS, or a similar amount of experience in highly relevant positions, preferably Legal, Legal Tech, or Artificial Intelligence. </li><li>2+ years of experience delivering software that relies on Artificial Intelligence</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience of software development methodologies and working within a software development life cycle. Ability to bring creative problem-solving and an innovative mindset to challenges. </li><li>Ability to adapt and remain flexible to changing priorities and consider new ideas while having the businesss success firmly in your focus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Data-driven decision maker. Experienced with Agile/lean delivery frameworks. </li><li>A passion for driving efficiency and quality metrics. </li><li>Ability to travel as business needs dictate.  </li><li>Travel can include time at our Salt Lake City headquarters or visiting customers, prospects and attending conferences throughout the US and Canada. </li></ul><div><i>Compensation Information: $200,000 - $250,000</i></div><div><br /></div><div><i>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees.
