Youll collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production, ensure system stability and accuracy, and drive innovation in NLP, particularly within legal and medical domains, leveraging tools like Python, PyTorch, and AWS.</div><div><br /></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and improve NLP models for tasks such as medical summarization, credibility analysis, and contradiction detection</li><li>Continuous improvement of our automatic transcription pipeline and automation of internal processes using AI</li><li>Ensure high accuracy, stable processes, and optimized infrastructure/monitoring around the models</li><li>Effectively communicate technical machine learning results in a business context</li><li>Collaborate with our full-stack engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of ML models in production</li><li>Promote excellence and best practices across the machine learning team in research, implementation, tooling, and system design</li><li>Conceptualize and implement new ML ideas in the NLP domain, from validation to production</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Good communication and writing skills in <b>English</b></li><li>At least <b>3 years of experience in machine learning roles involving end-to-end ownership of projects</b></li><li>Strong background in <b>NLP</b>; experience with ASR is a plus</li><li>Advanced experience with <b>PyTorch or other modeling toolkits</b></li><li>Good understanding of <b>software engineering principles</b></li><li>Working experience with <b>deep learning techniques</b>, particularly in <b>NLP applications</b></li><li>Team spirit and independent problem-solving mindset</li><li>Experience with or interest in legal or medical domain NLP applications is a plus</li><li>Ability to meet periodically in our <b>Prague office</b> as we value in-person collaboration</li><li>We are using mostly <b>Python, React, Typescript, Kubernetes and AWS</b></li></ul><div><span>This opportunity is for independent contractors and is not intended to establish an employment relationship.
