They will help define service-level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and reliability standards across services, ensuring Filevine’s platform meets the demands of enterprise-scale customers. By partnering with engineering, security, and product teams, the SRE/Infra Architect will foster a culture of reliability and provide mentorship on performance optimization and incident prevention.
