This team is built around three core areas: Interaction Design, Expressive AI, and Vectors. You’ll push boundaries with vectors, shaders, generative AI, and traditional drawing tools, creating new building blocks and reimagining how people design and build. Formed after the Modyfi acquisition, the group has the talent and technical ability to ship fast and push the boundaries of the Figma platform.</p> <p>This role will stretch you as a design leader and partner to Product and Engineering. You’ll define vision in an open space, shape how new technologies meet real user needs, and build tools that let teams create expressive, memorable experiences at scale.</p> <p>You’ll also work with <em>exceptional</em> builders, including founders and former CEOs, who bring deep technical expertise and high craft. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
