You’ll play a key role in shaping what great looks like in Product Support - partnering with cross-functional teams, evolving our QA score and calibration approach, and helping our Specialists and Managers consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences.</p> <p>This role leads a growing team of QA Specialists and works closely with partners across Direct Support, Analytics, Tooling and Infrastructure, Program Management, and Product to ensure QA is a trusted source of insights that drive coaching, performance, and continuous improvement. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
