Business Insights & Reporting

  • Develop and deliver scalable, executive-ready reporting and dashboards that surface business trends and performance across the customer lifecycle (Marketing > Sales > CS).
  • Establish and drive regular business performance reviews, forecast tracking, and board-level reporting in partnership with GTM leaders and Finance.
  • Generate insights that inform strategic decisions and highlight opportunities for growth and efficiency across regions and functions.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a growing team of analysts and strategy leads.
  • Define team scope, roles, and responsibilities in alignment with business needs.
  • Build a high-performance team culture focused on business impact, collaboration, and professional development.

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Revenue Operations Manager to have the following skills and experiences

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or global GTM organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of how to use data to influence strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience supporting or partnering closely with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Excellent communication skills—you can craft a compelling narrative, drive alignment, and influence across all levels.
  • People management experience or strong informal leadership/mentorship track record.

And if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today!

  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce); comfort guiding technical teams and translating business needs into data solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern Revenue Operations tools and system evaluation/implementation processes.
