You will design scalable, robust solutions that align with business goals while ensuring smooth deployment and integration of Field Nation. This position bridges clients’ complex needs with our technical capabilities, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and support. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, able to translate technical architecture for engineers and demonstrate solution value to executives. Your mission is to build strong client trust by delivering technically sound integrations that drive meaningful business outcomes.</span></div><h3>What youll get to do:</h3><ul><li><b>Consultative Solution Design:</b> Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops with enterprise customers to deeply understand their business processes, workflows, and technical environments. Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions across systems such as ERPs, CRMs, HCMs, and proprietary platforms.</li><li><b>Integration Architecture &amp; Implementation:</b> Architect end-to-end integration solutions, including API design, data mapping, error handling, and system configuration. Develop detailed technical specifications and implementation plans that guide successful deployment, onboarding, and long-term scalability.</li><li><b>Project Execution &amp; Oversight:</b> Own the technical track of onboarding and large-scale customer projects, including migrations, custom configurations, and 3rd-party system integrations (e.g., CRM, ERP, OCPI roaming hubs). Ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and extensibility requirements.</li><li><b>Technical Leadership &amp; Advisory:</b> Serve as the primary technical liaison throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery to post-deployment support. Evaluate integration requests for feasibility, recommend strategic solutions, and clearly articulate technical considerations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li><b>Collaboration &amp; Communication:</b> Act as the bridge between client stakeholders (IT, business SMEs, project managers) and internal teams (engineering, product, support), ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li><b>Problem Solving &amp; Issue Resolution:</b> Proactively address technical challenges and ambiguous requirements with creative, effective solutions. Lead issue escalation and collaborate with R&amp;D and support teams to resolve problems quickly and thoroughly.</li><li><b>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Sharing:</b> Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration guides, and technical documentation for both internal and external use. Contribute to internal best practices and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and reusable solution patterns.</li><li><b>Customer Relationship Management:</b> Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering value, demonstrating technical expertise, and acting as a reliable and consultative partner.</li></ul><h3>You might be a good fit if you have:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proven, hands-on experience designing and implementing complex system integrations for large enterprise customers.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager).</li><li>Deep understanding of integration patterns, principles, and technologies, including: APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and web services, Authentication and Authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect, Data formats like JSON and XML.
