<div><b>Why is this role important to Field Nation?</b></div><div>The Senior BI Analyst role on the Data Team is a senior position, critical to driving success of partner teams by providing analysis, reporting, and dashboards that provide insights and enable decision-making. This position is based in BD and reports to the Director of Data Analytics and Engineering. </div><h3>What you’ll do: </h3><ul><li>Work on large, complex data problems with a focus on delivering value to internal customers. Define path forward, remove ambiguity and roadblocks, and drive to completion. Act as an owner, ensuring success despite obstacles.</li><li>Write SQL queries and create insightful and engaging Tableau dashboards to provide visibility into results and insights into opportunities. </li><li>Work with other BI Analysts and Data Engineers to solve problems collaboratively. As a senior member of the team, strong collaboration and deep technical expertise is required. </li></ul><h3>What youll need:</h3><ul><li><b>Background:</b> 3+ years of experience working as a senior analyst, analyst, data engineer, or other data-centric position. Must include experience partnering directly with stakeholders to define data problems, determine strategy, define metrics, create necessary data structures, and build engaging dashboards.</li><li><b>Technical Experience: </b></li><li>Minimum 1 year of Tableau experience required</li><li>Strong SQL skills (proficient with all joins, CTEs, window and aggregate functions, etc.).</li><li>Experience applying quant and statistical techniques to business analysis </li><li>Experience building machine learning and data science models to drive business results in a professional setting is strongly preferred. </li><li><b>Soft Skills: </b></li><li>Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to business objective achievement through data-driven insights. Experience working in field services is a plus.</li><li>Highly curious nature.
