As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative accounting team that focuses on balancing accuracy alongside improving accounting processes. You will play a key role in efforts to reduce Days Sales Outstanding while providing superior customer service and help problem solve for functionality within the Accounts Receivable group and beyond. </span></div><h3>What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>Review accounts receivable aging on a weekly basis, reaching out to customers via email and phone for status of unpaid invoices</li><li>Ability to reconcile accounts receivable between Field Nation platform and Netsuite ERP</li><li>Provide weekly updates to Accounts Receivable Manager and Controller on past due accounts</li><li>Provide weekly updates to internal Account Owners on past due accounts</li><li>Provide monthly and quarterly updates to leadership of DSO trends</li><li>Coordinate with and act as primary contact for third-party collections agency, monitoring and submitting perpetually unresponsive and difficult client accounts</li><li>Monitor the Accounting shared inbox for collections and invoice related inquiries and respond within 24 hours</li><li>Monitor the public Accounting Slack channel, addressing and solving collections and invoice related inquiries along with basic requests and questions</li><li>Address and resolved any assigned Salesforce cases related to collections and Accounts Receivable inquiries</li><li>Partner internally on Accounting projects and initiatives </li><li>Maintain professional tone when communicating with clients at all times</li><li>Assist with reconciliations and closing process as needed</li><li>Assist with Accounts Receivable cash application and billing as needed</li><li>Aid in implementation of accounting policies and identifying the areas of improvement. </li><li>Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures</li></ul><h3>You might be a good fit if you have:</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in oral and written English - a must</li><li>3+ years of previous accounting experience, preferably Accounts Receivable </li><li>Customer Service experience</li><li>Ability to work night shift</li><li>Critical thinking and problem solving skills</li><li>Salesforce and Netsuite knowledge is a plus</li><li>Experience communicating by phone to English speaking customers</li></ul><h3>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:</h3><ul><li>This is a full-time, hybrid position, <b>We come into the office on Mondays &amp; Tuesdays.</b></li><li>Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)</li><li>Hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)</li></ul><h3>Office Location:</h3><ul><li>Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)</li></ul><h3>Salary Range:</h3><ul><li>BDT  65,000 - 95,000 Monthly</li></ul><h3>Why we think youll love it here:</h3><ul><li>Mobile bill</li><li>Gym Membership</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Festival bonus</li><li>Performance Reward Bonus</li><li>Gratuity benefit.</li><li>Lunch/Dinner Facilities: Fully Subsidized</li><li>Sound work-life balance - Regular working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week.</li><li>Friendly work environment.
