This role is responsible for designing, customizing, and executing talent delivery strategies that align with the unique needs of buyers. By leveraging a solution-oriented and forward-thinking mindset, this role helps Field Nation continuously evolve and enhance our marketplace offerings. The Program Manager acts as a connector between what the client requires and how we source, attract, and deliver the right talent. A key function of this role is to think creatively and critically, aiding buyers to navigate marketplace complexity and ambiguity.
