<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p></p><p><span><b>The Role</b></span></p><p>The individual will be part of a team that oversees the product development for the Fidelity Agency Lending business units.  The team is responsible for creating and executing initiatives</p><ul><li>Partnering with the business unit and technology to design innovative solutions</li><li>Developing/creating business requirements, performing user acceptance testing and supporting production releases</li><li>Implementing solutions to help grow the business</li><li>Supporting the trading desk in a fast-paced environment, including troubleshooting issues and acting as a liaison with technology/business partners</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>The Expertise and Skills You Bring </b></span></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree required, master’s degree a plus</li><li>15 + years of relatable business experience</li><li>Technical or Securities Finance Background preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Strong SQL and analytical skills and ability to work on large datasets</li><li>Experience in requirements writing, product management, business/technical analysis</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize business requirements accordingly</li><li>7+ years of Agency Lending, Securities Finance or Capital Markets experience a plus</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills</li><li>Knowledge of Agile a plus</li></ul><h2><b><span>Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.</span></b></h2><p><span><b>The Team</b></span></p><p>The team interacts with all areas of the business including, but not limited to, Technology, Vendors, Trading, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
