In an Agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence decisions, build integrated roadmaps, and guide the development of new features. You work with a cross-functional team to deliver digital account management capabilities for our Custody, Clearing, and Fidelity Family Office Services (FFOS) intermediaries and their clients. You will ensure alignment on the what and when through continuous planning and prioritization of a product backlog. Along with your squad(s), you work iteratively, innovating through testing and experimentation, learning from failures while celebrating success.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Communicating priorities and goals, motivating the delivery team through clear articulation of value and impact</li><li>Anticipating, discovering, and prioritizing client / partner needs</li><li>Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria</li><li>Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments</li><li>Measuring performance against established objectives and KPI’s that deliver on agreed upon business, technology, and people results</li><li>Collaborating and coordinating with fellow Squad Leaders, Chapter Leaders, and Scrum Masters to enable associate growth, development, and learning</li><li>Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between scope, quality, cost, and timelines</li><li>Collaborating with dependent partners to align on delivery plans</li></ul>The Expertise and Skills You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field</li><li>10+ years of software delivery experience and/or product management</li><li>Proven experience delivering complex technical projects requiring collaboration and working across organizational boundaries</li><li>Ability to collaborate and influence across different levels of the organization</li><li>Ability to grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria</li><li>Proven capability of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, with a track record of building hard-working teams</li><li>Supporting and enabling squad members to be effective, productive, and innovative</li><li>Contributing to multiple projects / initiatives at once</li><li>Agile experience preferred with knowledge of Jira and Jira Align</li><li>Platform Security experience a plus</li><li>Intellectually curious with a flexible attitude</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment, high standards for performance with a continuous improvement approach</li></ul>Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position.The TeamAs Vice President in the Platform Security and Governance product area within the IWMS Platform Data, Reporting, and Integrations domain, you will lead an agile squad delivering secure, scalable solutions for institutional clients. You will drive platform security and access capabilities, lead strategic integrations, and collaborate with Product Area Leaders, Squad Leaders, Chapter Leaders, and teams across business units to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. You will define and execute the future-state vision for platform security, working with architects and cross-functional teams to assess market trends, manage risk, and incorporate client feedback. Regular engagement with clients will be essential to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable impact.Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.The base salary range for this position is $130,000-264,000 USD per year.  Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
