<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2>The RoleThis position is a meaningful role in WI Sales Optimization Acceleration &amp; Retention (SOAR) who both leads a team of Proposal Consultants (PC) while also helping to triage and evaluate incoming work for the Proposal team. This leader works with Sales Managers, Product and Service Consultants, and business partners to support the Workplace Investing sales goals and commitments. Support sales activity in pursuit of attaining new clients or retaining existing clients in Workplace Investing. Guide our team in the delivery of high-quality sales support in the pursuit of new clients. Lead the day-to-day leadership of work assignment and serve as a point of escalation with sales team and other business partners. Contribute to group initiatives to drive innovation through process re-engineering and automation.
