<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>As the Sr. Manager, Integrated Digital Marketing you will build smart campaign strategies within a team that partners closely with digital channel, product, segment, and thought leadership marketing associates, as well as business experts. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to promote content and messages in a connected way, drive prospect and client engagement with our website, and generate marketing qualified leads through digital campaigns targeting wealth management firms, financial advisors, and institutional investor audiences. In this role you’ll blend your business and digital marketing expertise with a passion for raising our thought leadership brand voice in the market, optimizing performance, and amplifying content that helps financial professionals run their practice, stay up-to-speed on market trends, and apply the latest tools, insights, and solutions from Fidelity.</p><ul><li>Lead and deliver on strategic awareness and demand generation campaigns</li><li>Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and engagement plans</li><li>Implement best practices, content standards and agile processes</li><li>Provide clear direction to digital marketing, creative, and agency partners</li><li>Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, compliance, and leadership</li><li>Ensure internal, public, and client-facing materials are in-compliance</li><li>Maintain an open and collaborative test and learn approach across marketing channels</li><li>Optimize content, tactics, and campaign mix to improve business outcomes</li><li>Define and execute creative, messaging, and call to action testing across marketing channels</li><li>Partner with key digital marketing channel owners (email, social, search, web, comms) to build integrated plans and co-develop best practices based on learnings</li><li>Deliver qualified leads to sales</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</b></p><ul><li>Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree a plus.</li><li>5+ years of experience working in financial services or related technology industry in a campaign strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing role</li><li>Expertise in all aspects of campaign strategy, lead generation, and digital marketing</li><li>Outstanding project management and communications skills</li><li>Developing campaign strategies and integrated marketing plans</li><li>A strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing best practices</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledgeable in marketing campaigns, paid media, lead generation and marketing automation</li><li>Ability to effectively collaborate across the Marketing team and with business partners</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills</li><li>A sense of urgency, integrity, and purpose</li><li>Deep knowledge of financial services investment products and technology</li><li>Ability to run multiple projects, identify risks and opportunities</li><li>Experience collaborating with digital marketing and creative teams</li><li>Willing to take action to drive initiatives forward, challenge conventional thinking foster compelling dialogue and collaboration</li><li>Strong sense of accountability owning successes and failures</li><li>Outstanding organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using outstanding judgement in engaging senior resources</li><li>Experience in marketing testing, measurement, report analysis and optimization</li><li>FINRA licenses are a plus</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p>We are a hardworking team of digital engagement and marketing technology professionals! We work closely with the segment and product marketing, sales, analytics, CRM, and technology development teams to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, differentiated digital experiences and quality leads for our relationship management and sales teams.</p><p></p><p></p><h2><b>Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.</b></h2><p></p><p></p>The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.  <p>Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p></p><p>Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
