In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of our design system—building scalable, reusable, and accessible UI components that power consistent user experiences across our products. You’ll provide technical leadership, cultivate collaboration, and help drive innovation.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for crafting thoughtful, user-centered solutions. This role requires confidence in working cross-functionally with developers, UX designers, business stakeholders, and architects to bring ideas to life.</p><p></p><p><b>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of development experience.</li><li>High proficiency in web development, and a fundamental understanding of software design, data structures and algorithms is required.</li><li>Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, Angular 16+, AG-Grid, HTML, CSS/SCSS.</li><li>Strong familiarity with design systems, reusable component libraries, and Figma libraries with an understanding on how to build, maintain, and scale cohesive UI patterns across an organization.</li><li>Experience with accessibility and usability guidelines, including standards and regulations like WCAG, WAI-ARIA, and IAAP Certifications</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and parse business logic into technical requirements, experienced in an agile scrum environment.</li><li>Leadership experience, providing insightful peer reviews for code changes.</li><li>Demonstrated ability and ease with iterative development, clear documentation practices, and close collaboration with design teams.</li><li>Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering leadership across the organization and enterprise to shape our evolving systems landscape.
