Student debt is one of the most significant financial challenges facing millions of Americans today.  Our Student Debt team has designed a suite of innovative benefits for employers that help their employees to better understand, avoid, and pay down student debt. Today, many of Fidelity’s workplace clients use student debt benefit to support employee retention and financial wellness.   </div><div> </div><div>We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Director, Growth Strategy to join the Student Debt Product Area. This role will work alongside product area leadership to define near and long term strategic objectives and roadmap aligned with market opportunity, impact potential and business objectives. You’ll take a leading role in understanding and mapping market dynamics, identifying and vetting growth opportunities, and driving implementation. You’ll also help to define and clarify compelling value propositions; develop clear and compelling narratives around Student Debt strategy, performance and impact; and align cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision.
