This is a unique opportunity to step into an established client base and focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. Youll partner closely with our centralized RIA team to ensure seamless client service and continuity.</p> <p>This role is perfect for a seasoned advisor who excels at client relationship management and who wants to focus on service excellence, rather than business development. Youll have the backing of Farthers modern intelligent  wealth management platform while working with an established, high-quality client base.</p> <h3>Your Impact </h3> <ul> <li>Meet regularly with existing clients to assess their evolving financial needs, goals, income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and risk tolerance to maintain and update comprehensive financial plans</li> <li>Provide ongoing advice on investments, suggest suitable financial products, and work with our operations team to execute trades and adjustments to achieve client goals</li> <li>Regularly review client accounts and market performance to recommend portfolio adjustments, ensuring plans remain effective as client circumstances and market conditions change</li> <li>Educate clients on various investment options, financial strategies, and help them understand potential risks associated with different choices</li> <li>Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain proactive communication to address client questions and concerns</li> <li>Work closely with the momentum team to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage combined expertise for optimal client outcomes</li> <li>Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and ensure adherence to all financial regulations and fiduciary standards</li> </ul> <h3>The Ideal Match </h3> <ul> <li>CFP Certification Required - Active CFP designation with commitment to ongoing professional development</li> <li>Service-oriented experience with 5+ years in wealth management demonstrating exceptional client service, relationship maintenance, and client retention</li> <li>Strong understanding of investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management</li> <li>Ability to assess financial situations, analyze market trends, and develop sound financial plan adjustments</li> <li>Exceptional ability to clearly explain complex financial information and strategies to clients of varying sophistication levels</li> <li>Experience regularly reviewing client accounts, monitoring market performance, and making strategic recommendations</li> <li>Based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN or Little Rock, AR area for in-person client meetings</li> <li>Series 65 or equivalent registration with clean U4</li> <li>Experience working effectively with support staff and other advisors in a team-based service model</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to fiduciary duty and acting in clients best interests</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus Points </h3> <ul> <li>Experience managing servicing responsibilities for books of business valued at $100M+ AUM</li> <li>Background working specifically with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clientele in an advisory capacity</li> <li>Additional certifications (CFA, ChFC, CLU)</li> <li>Experience with technology-forward wealth management platforms and portfolio management systems</li> <li>Previous experience in team-based advisory service models</li> <li>Track record of high client retention rates and satisfaction scores</li> </ul> <h3>Why Join Us</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Transitions Made Simple: </strong>Well provide comprehensive onboarding and client introduction support, working closely with the outgoing advisor to ensure seamless client transitions and relationship continuity.</li> <li><strong>Compensation: </strong>Competitive base salary based on experience, plus revenue sharing of 1-5% based on seniority and performance.
