THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel Group is looking for a VIP client services Senior Associate to support the VIP shield select offering. As the VIP client services Senior Associate, you will be managing the shield select order portfolio as well as assisting with the communications along with the logistical planning and delivery of the VIP experience. Your role will create opportunities to both reward customers and deliver experiences which to our most valuable players. Customer communication both with FanDuel direct customers along with FanDuel third party vendors will be a critical component of this role. This role may from time to time require in person hosting. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play <ul> <li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to primarily drive VIP customer retention.</li> <li>Provide continuous assessment of our VIP marketing approach and identify areas for improvement and optimizations.</li> <li>Make thoughtful recommendations to key stakeholders to improve the performance of respective programs</li> <li>Own and build strong relationships with internal partners which include but not limited to, brand, legal, marketing insights, CRM and survey teams. The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
