Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is looking for a Principal Salesforce Architect to drive the strategic development and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring our CRM ecosystem supports business growth, enhances user experience, and seamlessly integrates across Fanatics’ operating companies. The ideal candidate will lead the development of a scalable Salesforce infrastructure to support the FBG VIP organization, launch a new loyalty program, and later unify Salesforce operations across Fanatics.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic vision for Salesforce within FBG and the broader Fanatics organization, focusing on scalability, automation, and best-in-class user experience.
- Develop Salesforce capabilities to support the VIP program, loyalty initiatives, and cross-platform integrations across Fanatics operating companies.
- Partner with analytics, marketing, customer development, and operations teams to implement data-driven enhancements, improve automation, and optimize business processes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce while enabling advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Stay at the forefront of Salesforce products and third-party integrations, evaluating and implementing new technologies to drive continuous improvement, maximize ROI, and ensure seamless connectivity with external systems.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Architect or Technical Product Manager with expertise in Salesforce CRM and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Einstein, with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and API integrations.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives, including loyalty program launches and cross-company CRM unification.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and external APIs
- Passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment industries, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement through data-driven CRM solutions.
Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $190,000 to $300,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
