Overview As a Manager, Sportsbook Generosity Strategy at Fanatics Betting &amp; Gaming, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of customer facing loyalty campaigns and measurement of those campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, CRM, VIP,  Analytics &amp; Finance to plan upcoming campaigns, recap previous campaign performance, and manage promotional budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with a high attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to utilize and analyze data.   Responsibilities <ul> <li>Partner in the creation and reporting of promotional campaigns that will benefit the Sportsbook product, maximizing the customer experience through perceived generosity</li> <li>Manage and report on promotional spend vs budgets</li> <li>Collaborate with finance on the creation of forecasts at the daily and monthly level</li> <li>Assist in the day to day promotional operations from a data driven perspective</li> <li>Report &amp; story tell on performance of campaigns with recommendations for future improvements around increasing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value</li> <li>Ideate around tentpole moments in sports, helping to create plans for big events and operationalizing these plans</li> <li>Assist the VIP team in tracking of campaign effectiveness and budget efficiencies</li> <li>Analyze data and trends to find efficiencies in promotional bonusing</li> <li>Understand customer drivers and behaviors in order to create campaigns that achieve company targets</li> <li>Actively monitor the competitor landscape</li> <li>Collaborate daily with cross-functional partners, including CRM, Marketing, Trading, Casino, Engineering, Finance, Product, and Data analytics</li> <li>Flexible work schedule will be required, including some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays  </li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, analytics or a related field</li> <li>3+ years of experience in loyalty program management, commercial strategy, customer retention or related areas, preferably in the sports, sports betting or technology industry</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization</li> <li>A huge passion for Sports, and an inherent understanding of what Sports fans desire</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders</li> <li>Empathetic team player, accomplished at working effectively cross-functionally</li> <li>Curious and fast learner willing to dive in to consumer/industry insights and functionality</li> <li>Passion to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly</li> <li>Ability to prioritize multiple projects and reliably meet deadlines</li> <li>Hybrid role based in New York City, NY</li> </ul>   Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $115,000 to $140,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
