About the Role
Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is seeking a CRM Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing communications. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role on the Marketing team while also collaborating closely with partners across the entire FBG organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we engage, activate, and retain our Sportsbook and Casino customers.
What You’ll Do
- Execute campaigns across channels: Help build and launch campaigns that support our CRM goals, leveraging email, push, and in-app messaging to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Manage daily campaign operations: Support the end-to-end process for 360 campaigns, from asset management to QA, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate on retention initiatives: Work with our Commercial and Strategy teams to deploy targeted communications during key moments in the sporting calendar, driving repeat engagement.
- Drive personalization: Implement personalization strategies using Movable Ink to deepen customer connections and increase engagement.
- Analyze and optimize: Partner with the Analytics team to track campaign performance, surface insights, and acquire new attributes that enhance personalization and targeting.
- Develop campaign briefs: Create clear, detailed briefs that outline requirements, deliverables, and success metrics. Provide feedback on creative assets to ensure campaigns align with objectives.
- Ensure flawless execution: QA all assets and campaigns prior to launch, testing to confirm they function as expected.
- Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with teams across Marketing Ops, Loyalty, Product Marketing, and Fanatics enterprise CRM to develop communications and promotions that advance our retention goals.
Experince and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to present ideas and findings to peers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data in real time and adjust tactics to optimize campaign results.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally across different disciplines and teams.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $55,000 to $68,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
