The VP of Finance is a key member of the leadership team, reporting to the COO. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the companys financial resources, optimizing cash flow, mitigating risks, and supporting Fabric’s strategic growth initiatives. This role is fully remote.<div> </div>What You Will Do<ul><li>Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership</li><li>Lead and evolve the annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes</li><li>Take ownership of forecast model and lead all ad-hoc scenario analysis and financial modeling as needed by the business</li><li>Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights</li><li>Provide business partner support and collaborate with key business leaders to ensure alignment, drive growth, and optimize performance</li><li>Assist in identifying, defining, and evolving key business processes to support scaling the business</li><li>Own development of materials for management reviews, reporting, and board meetings</li></ul><div> </div>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred</li><li>8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a leadership role</li><li>Experience building and managing high-performing teams, ideally in a start-up or high-growth environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a SaaS business</li><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and significant experience with QuickBooks</li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills</li></ul>
