This Seattle-based role, reporting to the VP of People and Culture Product, serves as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to senior leaders in our rapidly evolving organization. You will work at the intersection of business and people strategy, enabling transformational outcomes through talent optimization, leadership coaching, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.  </div><div>As a key driver of F5’s Human First and High-Performance culture, you will influence and execute programs that enhance talent strategies, improve employee experiences, and advance business priorities. This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead through complexity with confidence and agility.  </div><div>Primary Responsibilities  </div><div>Strategic Partnership:  </div><div><ul><li>Consult with senior leaders and their leadership teams to align people and organizational strategies with business goals.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor on a wide range of HR topics, including organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.  </li></ul></div><div>Organizational Development:  </div><div><ul><li>Drive organization-specific talent strategies to ensure the right capabilities, skills, and structures are in place for sustainable growth and innovation.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead workforce planning initiatives, addressing talent gaps and succession planning needs.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support senior leaders in fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. </li></ul></div><div>Leadership Coaching &amp; Development:  </div><div><ul><li>Act as a coach and consultant to senior leaders, enabling them to maximize individual and team effectiveness.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build leadership capability through tailored development initiatives, including executive coaching, upskilling, and personalized career assessments. </li></ul></div><div>Employee Engagement &amp; Retention:  </div><div><ul><li>Leverage culture and engagement insights to design and implement strategies that enhance employee experience and drive retention.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assess trends in employee sentiment and partner with business leaders to address root causes and create a culture of inclusion and engagement. </li></ul></div><div>Performance &amp; Talent Strategy:  </div><div><ul><li>Champion F5’s performance management philosophy by driving high-impact conversations that enhance goal-setting, feedback, and development.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with Center of Excellence (COE) teams to implement talent calibration, succession planning, and reward and recognition strategies. </li></ul></div><div>Compliance &amp; Risk Management:  </div><div><ul><li>Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FLSA, and EEO regulations.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proactively mitigate risk by addressing complex employee relations issues and partnering with legal counsel as needed. </li></ul></div><div>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  </div><div><ul><li>Expertise in strategic consulting and influencing senior leaders through complex business changes.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable talent and organizational development solutions.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust across diverse teams and levels of leadership.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to drive initiatives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge and application of best practices across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., talent management, organizational development, change leadership).  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Adept at managing multiple priorities, with meticulous attention to detail. </li></ul></div><div>Qualifications  </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>8+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role, ideally in a high-growth, technology-driven organization.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated expertise managing complex employee relations, organizational design, and transformation initiatives in global organizations.</li></ul>#LI-RGB1</div>The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
