You will work closely with contract manufacturers (CMs), internal engineering teams, and quality assurance to support the successful launch and sustainment of F5’s cutting-edge hardware solutions.<h3></h3><h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and implement comprehensive manufacturing test plans and validation procedures for new hardware products.</li><li>Train and certify contract manufacturing (CM) personnel on test standards, equipment operation, and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for CM-related test issues, driving timely resolution of recurring problems and ensuring minimal production disruption.</li><li>Independently manage complex assignments with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and evaluation to determine the best course of action.</li><li>Collaborate across teams, influencing closely related functions to ensure alignment and efficiency in test processes.</li><li>Identify and document opportunities for improvement in manufacturing test engineering processes and lead initiatives to implement business process enhancements.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, preferably in a high-tech hardware environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of test development, validation, and automation for electronic hardware.</li><li>Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chain partners.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.</li><li>Effective communication and training skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Why F5?</h3>At F5, we strive to create a dynamic and inclusive environment where innovation thrives.
