As a key technical influencer, you will play a pivotal role in setting the organizations technical direction, contributing to major software subsystems, and mentoring other engineers on their technical growth. </div><div> </div><div>Primary Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Delivery Ownership: Ownership of deliverables on time with high quality. Work closely with stakeholders (PLM’s, Architects, Leads) across the organization to ensure timely &amp; smooth delivery.   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Planning: Plan the tasks, identify priorities, and allocate to the team. Work with the team track the progress regularly. Remove blockers for the team. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborative Scope Definition: Regularly assist Architects and Principal Engineers, Engineers in defining project scope and estimating efforts, demonstrating a collaborative approach to project management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Innovative Solutions: Work closely with Architects to devise and develop new solutions, particularly those involving cross-module dependencies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Product Design Detailing: Regularly detail all aspects of product design, ensuring alignment with the technical architectural framework. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Performance Optimization: Review product architecture, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and other systemic limitations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive project delivery, fostering a collaborative work environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Mentorship: Act as a manager for team members, promoting their growth and development within the team.
