Systems under the care of a BSA III must operate effectively and reliably through scalable solutions and complex architectures that encompass modern technologies. You will work closely with technical and non-technical teams within the organization to facilitate the design and implementation of solutions, drive automation initiatives, and monitor and maintain the performance of critical systems.What You’ll Do <ul><li>Support and maintain technology systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution owners and solution architects, to configure and optimize platform settings to meet business needs. This includes configuring workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust system architecture to improve services on an ongoing basis</li><li>Support and maintain technology systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.</li><li>Build and deploy technology solutions translated from user stories and requirements. Manage the system lifecycle from implementation to shut down and decommissioning.</li><li>Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms such as automation and evolve systems by fostering changes that improve velocity. Leverage automation and configuration management to streamline systems administration.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including systems failures, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust system architectures.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new solutions, tools, and methodologies to enhance system efficiency, security, and productivity.</li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, generate meaningful reports, and implement preventive measures to maintain system health and uptime.</li><li>Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to maximize system efficiency and response times.</li><li>Respond to and help manage incidents. Participate in RCA activities and assist with defining SLOs and SLIs for business stakeholders.</li><li>Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our systems, data, and infrastructure against unauthorized access, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases for system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides, to support end-users ability to use the systems effectively.</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation.</li><li>Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.  However, the description may not be all-inclusive, and responsibilities and requirements are subject to change.What You’ll Bring<ul><li>Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle EBS platform and connected applications.</li><li>Experience turning business requirements into scalable solutions.</li><li>Knowledge in at least two of the following technology systems such as cloud platforms, SaaS platforms, containerization, and orchestration.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral member of an agile team.</li><li>Experience with observability tooling including logging infrastructure, tracing systems, alert definitions, etc.</li><li>Proficient communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, and organization skills.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing/manufacturing systems is a plus</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>BS/BA or equivalent work experience</li><li>5+ years experience as a Systems Analyst, or a similar role in a technology environment</li><li>Experience programming in and administering Oracle S&amp;OP instances.</li><li>Additional experience supporting Oracle Cloud and EBS modules.<ul><li>Additional modules of interest: Fusion Order Management (FOM), Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory, Shipping/WSH</li></ul></li><li>Business process experience in the Order to Cash workstream.</li><li>Strong proficiency in scripting and/or programming languages.</li><li>Hands on experience with technology systems tools, protocols, and platforms.</li></ul>#LI-TL2The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
