Learn more at experianplc.com.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In this role, you will report to the Procurement Manager and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across a range of indirect categories, including technology, data acquisition, and marketing. This is a hybrid role based out of our Costa Mesa office.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Support the onboarding of new categories into the procurement ecosystem, bringing flexibility, and curiosity.</li><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with KPIs and business goals, delivering measurable value through cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Manage the competitive bidding processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), evaluate supplier proposals, and make data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure favorable outcomes while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to align sourcing strategies with business needs.</li><li>Maintain and enhance supplier relationships, driving performance and continuous improvement.</li><li>Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to support innovation and category expansion.</li><li>Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and technical teams to support contract development and supplier onboarding.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation across assigned categories.</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement governance, regulatory standards, and internal policies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain roles.</li><li>3+ years leading complex sourcing initiatives, including contract negotiations and bidding.</li><li>Familiarity with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) models and technology sourcing.</li><li>Familiarity with Marketing platforms, tools, and technology.</li><li>Experience managing multiple indirect categories.</li><li>Experience with contracting principles, supplier management, and category strategy.</li><li>Experience with contract drafting and redlining.</li><li>Proficiency with strategic sourcing methodologies and procurement tools (e.g., CLM platforms).</li><li>Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Benefits/Perks:</strong></p><ul><li>Great compensation package and bonus plan</li><li>Core benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K</li><li>Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office</li><li>Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays</li></ul><p>At Experian, our people and culture set us apart. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
